F07: How to remove roof lining/ceiling/sunblind/panorama

Anybody have the step by step diy guide how to properly remove/install roof lining/ceiling in GT with panorama glass? I am planning exchange the moving sunblind because it is unglued from rail. Very worry to not make any damage to the white ceiling. As techs told me, removing panorama glass is not complicated and sunblind rollo is also easy to change but the worst is work with ceiling....
Thank you

I found little help written by Jock GT
"So having priced the parts £267 for shade and circa £50 for x2 seals I'm planning my attack on replacement DIY style
Update to follow, though any pointers on how to remove head liner appreciated!
So far, I've learned
0. Open all doors and strip out boot floor, disconnect battery
1. Remove all grab handles x4
2. Remove both sun visors
3. Remove ans peel back door seals
4. Remove front screen, side airbag badge to reveal single torx bolt, manipulate front window trims from clips
5. A B pillar trims are held on with pop studs, remove lower trim piece and manipulate off clips, leave hanging from seat belts
6. Remove rear parcel shelve trims - to further investigate
7. Rear trim is held in with clips/ pop studs ??
8. Remove microphone cover plates and courtesy light cover plates, held on with clips, under lenses there are torx fittings front and rear
9. Around the pano roof opening is a series of push style clips, trim lever these off (gently)
10. Prod and pull roof lining down, carefully checking for clips / screws

After this it gets hazy as to whether or not the entire pano roof assembly has to be removed and stripped to facilitate shade change out, from realoem, it looks like the roller is mounted with x2 torx screws, though to be appraised at time of destruction

Did you do this? I have the same issue and would rather not spend the better part of a grand fixing it!

I am also contemplating on repairing my retractable headliner that has caught between a track and sliding mechanism.
I found two methods to execute the fix, one removing a glass and basically replace the sliding headliner, or, to remove hundreds of screws to drop the panel.
I'm curious if anyone here successfully completed the project?
