BimmerCode Paid vs Free Differences

Hi Everyone, I was just wondering what the actual differences of paid BimmerCode and free are. I just got a new OBD adapter and I was quite worried that I might not be able to code my car without payment and I have already paid lots for an OBD adapter.

I would imagine like others, you get readouts but no functions.
You would also need bimmerlink, and of course the in-app purchases.
