Torque converter knocking

Hey y'all.
I have a n55 mated to the zf8 and I've been hearing this strange knocking noise coming from the bell housing. I've spent countless hours researching this issue and it seems like a rare one cause not much has showed up. I hear this noise only in park and neutral. If I put it into drive and shift to 1st the noise gets quieter and in 2nd the noise goes away completely. Some say to tighten the bolts on the TC and some say to replace the whole thing. My car otherwise shifts smooth and runs like normal with no codes at all. What do you guys think?

Any news about this? I did a major service on the car and after so I started hearing this. Hopefully its not big of a deal or a not urgent matter to fix.
