2014 LCi 550i with 343m wheels and with 5 or 3 mm spacers

Hi

i have 343m wheels but it doesn't looks like its fit perfectly in my LCI 2014 550i am getting the calipers scratched for front wheels, but with 10mm spacers the wheel poke out badly , i want a flush fitment without scrapping the calipers, have anyone done this with 5mm spacers ,cause after the spacers very small space is left in hub center bore not feeling much confident weather the wheel will sit or not at high speeds.

let me know if some one achieved this..

Are you 100% positive that the wheel is rubbing on the caliper? I have the same car with the same wheels no rubbing at all. It is close but it does not touch my calipers are painted red so I’m positive it doesn’t touch. Your caliper has the indentation in the middle opposed to the earlier years which doesn’t. Wheels should fit just fine if they are indeed OEM.

If you’re referring to the space between the caliper and wheel yes I do; only a couple mm but the wheel does fit no rubbing. I do not get any vibration at high speeds. Fortunately wheels were mint from the person I bought them from on this forum. I would make sure they are road forced balanced and check any suspension components. If you like I can send a picture of the space I have tomorrow. If all things are the same you shouldn’t have a problem with the wheels rubbing. I am not running any spacers.

Hey I had the same issue when I got my 343M's. I ended up going with a 3mm from Dinan front and 7mm rear to make them look better Hope that helps

Hi Smytty the issue am facing is this , while am trying to fit the wheels in hub , the 343 wheels curvy hold is not properly fitting the flat center hub of my car hub . Where my 343m wheels have flat center hub is fitting perfectly in f10 hub . Correct me if am wrong . But no matter I correct the angle the wheels angle is not a proper fit .

I tried to position this in center and put the bolt on but no matter I try it’s not in center and the gaps u can see from below pic

Sorry for the delay. Like the OP stated are you positive those are OEM wheels?
Here are some pics on how mine look. Just enough space so there’s no interference. Wheels fit perfectly on hub no gaps. If you take your center cap out can you see what is or may not be touching? If the wheels aren’t sitting on the hub lip I am afraid those may be reps.

This is picture of a rep. Mating surface (silver area) looks cast vs OEM is machined. Also OEM part number are stemped where you see smaller holes. Last test is the cost. Used OEM are $400 and up per wheel. New around $1500 each. I can snap picture later

What does your brake caliper look like? Does the carrier go straight down or does the middle have a half moon shape?

You need to find out if wheels are stock or replicas.

If you want to run 3mm spacers, you can do it with no real issues. I did it for a while. Anything beyond that and under 10mm you'll need hub extenders. I have a set from VAC.
