E-Sys Not enough memory allowed!?

Whilst trying to code my 2015 F11 NBT (factory fit) E-sys stops me in my tracks and pops up a warning - Not enought memory allowed - please re-start E-SYS with more memory.

This is when selecting 'CODE FDL' on the HU_NBT CADF file.
I've used my setup to code my 2014 F31 and the wives 2013 F20 loads of times - only last week in fact. Only picked up the F11 yesterday and this is the first time i've tried to code anything on it.

Laptop is running W7 - 64bit with 8GB RAM

i've selected the correct chassis type during launch (F11) and connection (F10)
I've also tried re-starting E-SYS using the different memory settings in launcher and then tried altering the memory in E-SYS options (which always defaults to 2048 upon restart)

Is there something else i need to change to resolve this?
