issue brake fade after change to m5 f10 brake.

Update 14/04/2022

After use ISTA+ brake bleeding result is same issue. I found brake bleeding don't have bubble and foam.

ISTA + DCS unit control test

Brake pressure values
Reae axle brake circuit pressure : state = -21.80 bar
Front axle brake circuit pressure : srate = -21.80 bar

My car model f10 528i lci 2017 year.

today, I change brake set to m5 f10 front and back.

issue is brake fade such as press brake but brake has no power to press on the brake disc.

brake bleeding no air bubbles.

help me please.

Brake fade is what happens when brakes overheat from heavy use. It sounds like you have a completely different issue.

Assuming you have done the bleeding process properly, you may have a mechanical issue like a defective master cylinder. If the seals in the cylinder are leaking you will not be able to build pressure in the system and the pedal will drop to the floor when pressed.

What is the feel in the brake pedal, firm or spongy?
Did you bleed the front callipers on both sides? Inner and outer?
If I look at your rotors I see that the brake pads are missing a part of the rotor. Are your brake pads good? Are they touching the whole rotor.

Like BlueAngel fading has to do with overheating.
