New N63 shakes at low rpm and acceleration, injector?

Ive had a engine shake/vibration on low rpm for a while now, now enough to trigger a CEL, eventually my motor blew up (spun rod bearing) and i had a new motor put in, but it continues to shake on idle and when accelerating on low rpms, not the smoothest running V8.

im guessing it might be a bad Injector or coil? Is there a way to check which cylinder is underperforming without replacing all 8 injectors and coils?

check for for fuel injector coil and spark plug
first is check for coils maybe one of them might be bad
if that doesn't fix the issue change all spark plugs, if you still have the same issue
go for you fuel injector change that one that is bad

Check the VANOS solenoids. Poor acceleration and running rough are two the indicators of dirty ones and seems to be a common problem with newer BMWs. You can clean them and get any caked on oil off to keep from having to buy new ones. There are videos on YouTube showing how to clean with brake cleaner. There is an intake and an exhaust solenoid for each bank.

I have also read to hook up a 9v battery to get the solenoids to move while you spray cleaner to get all the oil out.

If this is the cause of your issue, it only cost a few dollars for the cleaner. If it doesn't help then the cost is minimal, you will have clean solenoids. I'm not sure how to check to verify that they are still good though. If they are good then cross them off the list as a possible cause.

The bad part is they are behind the intercoolers and are hard to get to.
