Revised CPO Warranty

Has anybody heard that BMW USA is changing the CPO Warranty effective Sept. 1, 2017 from 6yrs/100,000 miles to 5yrs/unlimited miles?

Confirmed. Was just at the dealer today and they mentioned it as I was looking at a CPO 550i.

That's not retroactive, is it?? I will not hit the miles so this would effectively cut a year off my 2014 CPO. Our 2012 CPO is set to expire 11/11 this year...

Whatever the CPO terms were at the time of your purchase are in your sales contract and can't be changed.

Pheww I was about to raise hell to BMW if they decided to do that for people who already bought CPO with 6 years/100K
