1. I'm switching from the stock M-sport 351 19" wheels to 20's. My 550i is xDrive so I currently have the non-staggered 245-40-19's on front and back.
What size wheels and tires should I run?

2. Any ideas on what wheels I should get? I want to switch to black rims.

I would want to stay with the square setup.

245/35/20 tire on a 20 x 9 35 et front
275/30/20 tire on a 20 x 10 35 et rear
I think above spec are in the manual for the recommended setup, I could be wrong . The user manual has this info so double check.

Ok.

Look for 8.5x20" wheels with offset (ET) around 25-30, 9" width will also work.

Tire size either 245/35-20 (OEM size) or slightly wider 255/35-20 (my recommendation).
