It never leaked. I was forced to replace the pan because the drain bolt (plastic) cracked while tightening during a drain and fill

This is in reference to the Engine Oil pan correct? It was my original question, and I didn't see it earlier until I re-read your list.

Great to see. I have a 2011 535 w/N55 with 235k mile. I did replace my transmission with a 90K one because the torque converter went bad and was very noisy. I got it a good price compared to the replacement of the torque converter. Good to see someone maintains their modern BMW like I do.

My oil pan gasket started leaking at 82k miles. Also, I hear a slight humming noise that varies with speed between 25- 45 mph. My bmw dealer couldn't diagnose the humming noise but they are charging 2800 for the leak. Should it be addressed asap or am I getting ripped off?

Just curious, what's yall's mpgs?

Here are things I had to replace. I will not list common things like oil changes, filters or wipers as they are normal wear and tear items and will make the list very long.

56K 4 tires
78K windshield (road hazard)
110K valve cover gasket, 4 tires, spark plugs, OFHG (did not leak)
153K. 4 tires, alignment, front brake, thrust arm bushing, fender liner (road hazard)
200K water pump & thermostat (still works, just wanted to change)
216K rear brake pads, valve cover, spark plugs, OFHG, oil pan gasket
225K 2 tires, alignment
239K transfer case fluid
240K valve cover, battery

My internet opinion: It's an involved but common job that you don't need to take it to a dealer for. Save at least $1k and go to a HIGHLY recommended indy garage. It's the kind of job you can put off for a minute if you don't want to put the $$$ out right away. Really the only downside is that it's messy. It migrates to the rear of the car, so doesn't really damage anything. Eventually it will start dripping on the ground. I'd wait till then if you can. If they said valve cover gasket or oil filter housing gasket were leaking, get that done right away as those can affect other parts in a not so good way. I would take those to an indy as well... they are the most common BMW jobs out there next to changing spark plugs and brakes!

Depends on my situation, my daily commute im getting a solid 28-32mpg, My gas range on long trips goes up to 620-650, (Going downhill really promotes the number) I normally use Comfort and not Ecopro, I am not a fan of the autostart/stop to preserve the starter.

It depends on how bad is the leak. If you are not loosing too much between each oil change interval then it’s not urgent. Most independent shop can do it for about $1,500.

Driving habit and condition really make a big difference in mpg. I drive mainly hwy but also idle in one place the other half of the time so my average is as follows:
2013 535i get 28-30mpg
2014 535i xDrive get 23-25mpg

Do you attribute the 5mpg difference between the two cars to the xDrive?

I would attribute most of it to xdrive. I use xdelete and my average in the winter is around 22-24 hwy. In the summer when I’m rwd its gets as high as 32 hwy.

Warmer weather also means higher mileage (less warmup time, thinner fluids, less air density to push through). I believe Eco mode is RWD for efficiency, too.
