Got my Custom 20s" Staggered wheels finally installed, sitting on Continentals again (DWS06)(Same as my 19s just sized and fitted for 20") washer cap, fuel cap and oil filler cap, and Oil service performed today, new oil filter housing cap as well.

I found out that the sun shades, on the small window , rear left door, which are I supose are some sort of aftermarket made..
Are missing one of those small hooks . Was searching aliexpress, found something that might help but not exact thing.
It isnt like original one , but have no idea where would I find it.

Installed the new ac panel for comfort seats with cooling that are arriving tomorrow. Also coded it to my current setup so seat heating works. New buttons are on the way also.

I washed them before colouring, also used the cleaner that came with colouring kit. Drives seat leather was just worn.

Second picture is after painting and dark areas are shadows.

For your next oil change, could you pull the Valvo Max Drain off after draining with the valve and see if more oil will come out. I suspect it traps oil because if the threaded area is longer than the thickness of the oil pan, it would create a lip inside of the pan blocking oil from coming out.

Installed comfort seats and all coded, but apparently the modules I bought are too old. Also passenger occupancy sensor problem too. Is this related to seat module being too old? Or does acsm needed to be coded also for comfort seats?

Also might need to track down lower seat heating element for drivers seat. Everything else works but ventilation does not activate at all from ihka.

ACSM must be coded to enable the active headrest protection thing-y. You'll need to run two wires from each seat to the ACSM.

The seat detection might also be due to lack of wiring - the comfort seats are only plug and play if you already had fully electronically adjustable seats for the seat being replaced. If you only had partially electronic adjustable seats (e.g. for the passenger) there's a lot of wiring that needs to be done.

I had fully electric sport seats with memory. And now everything else works apart from ventilation, due to modules being too old. Occupancy sensor is kinda of solved as the sensor is different after 09/11 (mine is 03/11) and seats being from 09/12... It is good that on eu cars occupancy sensor is only used for seat belt warning so, might have to get the emulator and code out the seat belt warning from passenger side (or go with route to change older style occupancy sensor in to the seat)

I already had active headrest protecion on my sport seats as I compared seat plugs (and looking from TIS) and was only missing pin1 to power up the seat switch on both seats.

Recoloured the center armrest... But still would be nice to have new leather on it.


Also looking for cooled comfort seat lower cushion as drivers side lower part does not heat up. Backrest heats up nicely.

Tried to figure out more why the seat cushion does not warm up. I guess the drivers seat cushion heating mat is just broken. measures close 10ohm and does not change at all with temperature. Ista says 1,5-4ohm. Passenger side resistance changes a bit when you are measuring and it works.

Also found the usual place that wire burns to be fine on my seat.

Still haven't gotten off jack stands yet, but so far:
- Replaced the suspension.
- Added Downstar inc. dress bolts and washers to the skid plate and fenders.
-Painted the stiffening plate.
- Much more to include today of fixing the nightmare of a wiring mess the previous owner left when it appeared they tried to run a dual lpfp setup. I cleaned up the wires and installed a Arc Terminator EKPM3 cooling fan and soon will be installing a BimmerHausPerformance Transfer case bushing insert and Arc Terminator ground cable after I remove and paint the crossmember.
