Jack pad conversion
Does anyone make a conversion kit to change from the slotted jack pad blocks to a solid block? Using a QuickJack or frame lift, it's a PITA to align all four jack pads. It would be much easier if I didn't have that little notch to align on all four corners.
Side note- typing on my iPhone and it auto corrected "notch" to "bitch" and I suppose that's true too... those adapters are a little bitch. |

I’ve never seen one of the lift pads deform when not using the supplied jack of death that fits the slot perfectly. If you align your lift where it is solidly below the installed lift pads...they should be fine...even if what you’re using doesn’t fit within the little slot. If it worries you enough...you can stick a wooden block between your lift and the jack pads...which will put even pressure on the lift pad and hold the vehicle up securely.
