Very nice wheels. How much? Few sites that seem to carry them don't show the price.

I ordered them from https://www.tuning-empire.com/. The shop is in Germany.
The price for this kind of wheels seems to change quite a bit in a short period of time, so you need to ask them.

Having the same issue with ACC and a new M5 style bumper. Just checking through your pictures to see how you overcame the problem.

Did some service for the car few weeks ago:
- Motor oil (Castrol Magnatec 5W-40 C3)
- Transfer case oil (BMW DTF-1)
- Rear differential oil (Castrol Syntrax Long Life 75W-90 1L GL-5)
- Front differential oil (Castrol Syntrax Long Life 75W-90 1L GL-5)
- Brake fluids

The transfer case oils were flushed once with new oil. 4,2dl came out and back in on both times. Then I recalibrated the transfer case with ISTA .

You have an exquisite taste for wheels. Each set looks better than the other on the F10.

You get a drain hole for the transfer case?!?! I'm so fucking jealous. When I had to change my TC fluid, I had to suck it all out with a bent brake line and a transfer pump...

Then you must have the newer ATC35L transfer case. It doesn't have the drain plug like my older ATC350.

Do you know why BMW decided to not include a drain bolt in the new one?

I am wondering why you recalibrated the transfer case? I could be wrong, my understanding is that you need to recalibrate transfer case only in case you are replacing parts, not just replacing the fluid.

Well I am not sure if it's part of the oil change procedure, but I figured I HAD to do it...

My car has passed the 150.000km landmark, and within that mark the transfer case (VTG) ECU creates a fault code about the VTG oil being bad. That code is based only on kilometers, there is not any oil evaluation mechanics or electronics in the car. Only way to get that code out was recalibrating the VTG.

I see, I didn't know that, that is very useful information. I am at about 86,000 miles or 138404 km so I guess I'll get the same error soon. I did change the transfer case fluid recently, maybe I should just recalibrate transfer case now

Your car is gorgeous! I´ve seen what you have done to the car, and I really like all of the small details.

Ok so I built an oil catch can setup for my car. Mostly just for fun. But if it's able to collect any oil/water then I'm just glad. I think it turned out quite good, as for aesthetics at least.

Parts.

The rack was made out of aluminium bar.

The rack became solid. There were lots of room for the cans where the OEM air boxes used to be.

Removing the original PCV pipes.

PCV pipes modded to take the aluminium connectors and AN10 sized braided pipes.

The connectors were simply rotated onto the original PCV piping. O rings between.

They came out great.

Installing modded parts.

There.

With the engine acoustic cover.

I'm working on some additional covers for the sides, they're just not ready yet.
