Doubt it, I've had the JB4 installed for a while now (did it myself).

I did, however, take my car to service for an oil change a couple days ago and now this happens...

Fun times! I went to do a spark change, and I gave up after plugs #1 and #2. Reverted back to original. Now I'm not making any boost. Shop is saying codes are showing low pressure for turbo. I wonder if it's a cracked pipe, or what you had AMTF10

Ironically, also happened when I was just doing standard maintenance :P

Do you have stage 1 or 2? I wanna get stage 2 but don’t want lights flashing or blow a turbo or not pass inspection. Also how much are the horsepower gains from a chargepipe

None! Charge pipe is for throttle response and not crack under higher pressure.

Not true, On $70K car OEM is plastic, so product is certainly better than OEM. You automatically assumed it is lower quality than OEM!

Just because it's aluminum from China, you automatically assume it is higher quality than OEM...?

Go through a vendor with an R&D tested item.

I can tell you it is better than OEM, it is a pipe in aluminum so better than plastic. You don't need lot of R&D to engineer a pipe, as long as it thick enough to withstand 40psi it is good to go. However, PTF has complete charge pipe for $300.

I was told from a supplier VRSF is made in China. Not sure if this is true but if it is there's no difference from the alibaba listing.

I don't doubt that VRSF is in China. However, it's about quality control. You pay for someone sourcing it, making sure it fits correctly, and providing customer support/service. I'm not one to pay full price for things like M Performance parts. However, something like this I would spend the extra $1-$200.

Oh and, well the obvious from the attached photos lol. Looks like my sensor popped right off the charge pipe.
Exact same thing happened to me today! Same symptoms, I blew my charge pipe on my old 335 so I knew it was that right away. Who the hell decided that sensor should be glued on rather than screwed in like EVERY OTHER sensor on the engine.

How does it attached to the new charge pipe? I'm going to order one today.

UPDATE: sensor has screws but the whole flange broke off

For anyone wondering, I'm running a BMS intake and catless dp that was recently installed. Haven't had the chance to tune yet so stock power still (goes to show how much that catless dp frees up the turbo in itself).

Maybe we all just need a little JB Weld on that sensor and see if the stock pipe holds???

After looking deeper the sensor does have screws but the flange separates from the pipe. Def worth the upgrade, but for those wondering, man fix will get you by until the new pipe ships.

Interesting where we are having issues with our chargepipes. At the seal on the mount of the TMAP sensor.

I guess we could throw some jb weld or some strong glue around the base of the sensor holder to help keep it strong, ahead of time.

I had the sensor blow off my CP the exact same way. I epoxied it back together and it held for a few months till then I installed the VRSF pipe. I kept the stocker and will still use it for smog inspection.
