Just downloading maps for my F10 2014 (12/2013) EUROPE Next 2019.
My sister gave me her account for downloading but she have F30 2014 and she got FSC code in email.My question is whether the maps are the same and will they fit in my bmw?

The FSC code is specific to each vehicle.

Can i use this zip folder which i downloaded and install map with e-sys or something?

You will need the FSC code anyway you do it.

As the other said, the map will be the same but you need the (vin-specific) FSC code to install it. You say you have e-sys, if you search around you'll find DIY to generate an FSC yourself with e-sys. Or you can buy one on the internet for $25-$50.

you can install maps as long as those are the same version, so NEXT, PREMIUM, Route etc because they r not model specific.

each car will have its own FSC
