VRSF Catless DP, ER Chargepipe, Gspec IC, VTT Breather, NGK Plugs, Custom Intake

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I have a few parts I am selling as I will be posting my car for sale this week. Description of each part below.

VTT Billet Crankcase Breather - $70 shipped
Used for a few hundred miles. Perfect condition.

Custom 6"->4.5"->3.5" intake with K&N filter (6" velocity stack) - $120 shipped
I built this intake myself. It uses a 3.5" round to oval pipe, 3.5" to 4.5" 45° silicon adapter, 4.5" to 6" velocity stack, K&N filter, plus cheap heat shield. Car ran great on it. IATs were unchanged from stock. I did cut down the corner post where the stock box installs so that the custom intake could sit across. Stock box reinstalled just fine without it. Pic of the intake with ER CP installed below.

NGK SILZKBR8D8S 97506 Laser Iridium Spark Plug x 6 -SOLD
Gplus Intercooler - SOLD
VRSF Catless Downpipe with BMW OEM Gasket - SOLD
Evolution Racewerks Polished Chargepipe - SOLD

Yes. Came off my 2011 535i.

VRSF DP is 3.5" and only fits early gen models.

I meant to write GPlus Intercooler, not Gspec lol. I was looking at an invoice from a company called Gspec when I wrote this.

Honestly, no. But it looks cool I am sure if I was running a more powerful setup there might be some difference. But other than a tune, I had no other significant power mods installed yet...

Many will say there is no difference. I would argue and say that there is a noticeable difference between 2-4k over the stock intake. I have had a drop-in filter, aFe, and Burger, and felt that this one was better in terms of power and sound. I also saw normal IATs compared with the stock intake as the inlet tube is still directing air to the filter, so no more heat soak than usual if you don't have an IC. I was running MHD stage 2.
