Is anyone able to diagnose this code so I don’t have to take it to BMW? My mechanic told me that his software wasn’t able to decode what the issue was, and that I needed to take it into the dealership.

Unknown Issue

I also got a ton of misfire codes that put my car into limp mode. But I started my car a few days ago to take it to the shop, and it ran fine, still had codes though. Here is a photo of every code I have received. If someone is knowledgeable on this please reach out to me. Thank you.
