F10 LCI 528i MS - Dual Tail Pipe to Quad
Hi Folks,
I'm new to the forum, recently purchased a 2015 528i with a bit of a grudge about how the back end looks, my first plan for the car is to fit a more sporty rear diffuser and from what I've seen dual outlets are the norm for sporty diffuser which made me consider the potential update on the tail pipes. I'm not looking for performance or sound enhancements and I don't want a fake outlet on one side, it either functions as an exhaust or its not there. All the above has me looking at this system on Aliexpress; https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3283...archweb201603_ I'm a bit wary as to whether this will fit without having to starting cutting and chopping stuff, if its only a matter of removing the existing diffuser and tail pipe tips and fitting this with a new diffuser than I'm interested. Has anyone used this system before or got any recommendations on it? Thanks in advance. |

Hi and Welcome to the 528 gang
I did something similar want from a dual to a quad with a muffler delete. I love the sound and ended getting two 4 inch tips. I must have searched and was close to getting a $1300 Remus exhaust system. However read and heard on YouTube what a muffler delete sounds like and a res delete. kick on the surround sound and loved the rumble off the vids and it was exactly what I wanted. |

Thanks mate, yeah I’m not interested in the sound enhancements. I just want the look of quad tail pipes and I don’t want to have fake tips.
What system did you use to get the quad outlet? Have you a link you could send me? |
