Im getting an egs code 420636 - position sensor: electrical fault L4
Shifter says Neutral and blinks but the car mechanically goes to park and goes the R, D and M/S just fine.
Basically the drives and reverses just fine, I can put it in park and the car will not move and you can hear the park solenoid engaging and disengaging, but the shifter and dash say “N”. Anyone ever have this issue?
Do I need a new shifter?
