suspension is key on these car fellas. I have front top bar over the engine bay. 3 strut bars in the back. H&R sways. Poly bushings everywhere down to the diff. VTT Motor Mount Inserts and car feels like its riding on rails.
Oh yeah the VTT engine mounts is on my list and a custom polyurethane fill on my transmission mount along with poly bushings for my shifter.

Man, now i have to spend more money on the suspension. Did you get OEM M5 Sway kit or is it improved aftermarket M5 Sways? Direct bolt on? The reason I ask is because I can get used parts fairly cheap. I wish Ultra Racing made other colors besides white.

Did the strut bar really made that much of a difference in handling? I remember putting one on my Honda back in the days but did not really notice any difference. Did you finally figured out where to set the adjustable endlink ?

Yes, I got that all sorted out, it is kinda crazy - not exactly plug and play because I have yet to find end links made for our cars.

There's a kit on ecs tuning that gives you M5 front and 550 rear. I will say the rear gave me the biggest benefit. If I did it again i would get a bigger rear sway. Konis and eibach springs brought the rebound under control and the tire upgrade was huge in terms of cornering and overall high speed stability.

The biggest challenge is the sunroof and the center chasis twisting. I'm thinking the center brace from ultra racing will help reduce that.

Hey! I have noticed that, the sunroof squeaks now as things are in motion left/right... is that what you are talking about? I thought my car was just getting old...

Does anyone know if the hood lining will have to be removed to fit the Ultra Racing Strut brace?

I am still trying to find a dyno that will work on AWD BMW lol... The one my friend told me about only do GTRs and since they tune it as well they don't want to mess with the settings.

Other dynos I found are outrageously expensive $175+/hr vs this one was at $70 per hour. So the hunt continues...

Are you planning to get tuned on a Dyno or just want to see what the car is making? I think $70 per hour is cheap. I paid $125 for 3 runs. Setup and 3 runs probably took less than 30 minutes total. Another shop wanted $350 for a dyno session. They can run AWD on their Dyno.

We will be doing dyno tuning to tweak afr further and see if we can squeeze more power out. I wouldn't mind paying 100-125/hour but either shops not willing to change their settings or asking 175-200/hr. David Shoup asked me to book for 3 hours so I don't know if I want to shall out almost 600 dollars lol.... 300 dollars I would have been game, so I am still looking. I pay the crooked state tax basically.

Yeah 600 is too much. So David includes 3 hrs of Dyno tuning with his tune price? That's nice. Please share your results once you get it. No one is really sharing any F10 535 Dyno results.

I wonder if your transfer case might be a limiting factor. If it holds up to 500whp and 500 wtq, you should be able to get an super fast 0-60 time.

No, we were pushing 20psi at one point but there wasn't enough back to back time to send him logs like I would if I were on dyno to tune out afr and other settings he thought necessary.

I am not sure to be honest... I might be his first 535i and I also help spread the word on this forum... But he said he made it his mission to get my car working right lol... Could be any of those factors and I don't think anyone should assume it is included without checking with him first. Though, he has been super nice to me so I will pay him extra just because of the effort and responsive he has been throughout the process and answer all my questions. I just feel right paying him for his dyno tuning time.

Yeah now he got all the F10 535 owners going to him. But yeah I appreciate it when the tuner goes above and beyond. I paid a tuner extra too before because I felt bad, like he was doing so much work for the price. But then I came to the realization that he was not too good with PWG =(

Got a friend of mine who did a live dyno session with Shoup. Slospeed. Big Boost 435 N55. Everything went smooth no problems at all.

Just curious are you still on the PS2? It seems like I'm pretty much maxed out at around 20-21 psi on this setup. So with all perfect conditions, I might be maxed at 550 whp.

Shoup likes big boost, what was Slospeed putting down? I'm curious. Is that the youtuber slow speed?

Yes still on PS2. Waiting for my manifold to arrive. Should be topped out at 23 24 psi. Have you boost leak, smog checked and checked the wastegate for proper adjustment?
