Lowering Question…. Please Advise

Going to be lowering my 14 550 RWD on V1’s. This would be the second car I am lowering on coilovers. This time around something made me think. Should I loosen all of my control arms and tighten at new ride height? I know the bushing are tightened at ride height which would mean I shouldn’t just lower the car, drive and align. The new height would put stress on the bushing because they were tightened at the factory height I would imagine. Has anyone done this when changing springs or coils?

Thanks
