F10 535i drivetrain malfunction on hard acceleration
Last night I did WOT acceleration with my F10 and got drivetrain malfunction. I checked the fault code with ISTA and I got "1F0525", but can't find much information about it at all. ISTA fault text:
DME, internal fault, safety function. Plausibility of relative fuel mass. After I turned off the engine and started it back, up everything was just fine. When I accelerated a bit harder again I got the same thing. To me it felt like if the car was maybe overboosting as it felt faster than normal, but the fault description says to replace "rail pressure sensor" which doesn't make sense to me because the https://9apps.ooo/ car runs just fine otherwise. I would expect the sensor to cause issues on normal driving as well? Boost solenoid hoses looked okay and there was no fault code saying anything about overboost but I feel like it could be the problem, but not sure. Any advice on what to do next?
