Any advice what I should do? Bmw 535i
Hello I have a bmw 535i which had its engine replaced this year around March by bmw got a new engine and it's under warranty but my car has been making a wired noise lately so I took it to a shop near me and they told me I need a new engine I know my engine is coved by warranty but I'm afraid if the next engine will go bad again I don't know if I should sell the car or get a trade in after I get the engine replaced again. And would I also get a loaner car from bmw while there replacing the engine since I'm taking it back again to get a new engine?
Any help would be great thanks |

Take it back to the shop that sold and installed the motor. What do they say?
An no, it's quite rare for a motor to go 'bad'. Two in a row is statistically very unlikely. Good luck. |

Unless they didn't install it correctly. There are protocols for priming a new motor before you start it. If they don't follow these to a T, you run into issues down the road. Same can be said about changing oil during break in period. Removing those metal shavings.
