In my way home from work. Going about 30 mph. Heard a loud pop or bang and then got drivetrain malfunction and low oil pressure. Then car was running rough in idle. Oil levels say good. Haven't had any issues till this. Any thoughts?

Do not drive even a little until you know. May have been your timing chain. What year is your car and mileage as your car may be eligible for the 528i timing chain recall --- google it?

2012 111k miles plugged obd in and at first it said camshaft-position- something then retarded. And another code for exhaust manifold.
