BimmerLink Battery Check
Today I tried using the Bimmerlink to scan the scar for errors, when i clicked on the battery icon, it shows.
Battery Voltage as -9.99 v Is that normal? This is also a brand new Interstate battery. I wonder why it shows negative? The IBS measured as 14.07v seems good number. |

When I click on the “battery icon” in Bimmerlink…that is not what I see.
It says at the top of your pic that you are looking at SENSOR VALUES…which may be looking at sensors in the charging system that regulate the battery. I would open the app again and look at the one that says 12V BATTERY…and you should then see the battery’s state of charge. You can see what it looks like in the pics below when I click on the battery icon to see the state of the battery in my f15 X5 at that time.
