Let me chime in and show you my wheel setup with 20" aftermarket wheels. I did the offset check by myself and confirm according to the spec there is F 8.5x20ET20 and R 10x20ET28 with Michelin PSS 245 and 285:



If you want to keep tires' shoulders as square as mine, it looks like there is no way for more agressive ET, so for the 9" front it should be ET25-26 and for 10.5" rear the ET34-35. If you choose a little bit stretch by taking the same 245 and 285 but on 9" and 10.5" rims, the tires with lesser ET may probably also fit because of the stretched tire. However in that case your rims will poke a little more (6 mm out compared to my setup) so you should drive and park very carefully to avoid damaging the rims.

Anyway, I would recommend you to have a look yourself at the forums where members post pics of their offsets with numbers, so you will finally get feeling what works better for you.

Appreciate your input so its no no.
Problem is that most of aggressive and nice wheels have less ET.
Or all other wheels have 30-50ET but those wheels are subtle

You know, the best way is to look at the wheels from the experienced aftermarket majors. They are flexible enough to offer you the whole model-specific collection having as agressive (or safe) setup as you currently need. I mean, if you contact folks selling HRE, Morr, Vorsteiner, BBS (luxury) or Avantgarde, Forgestar, Rennen, Vossen, VMR, BC Forged (midlevel) or even replica-makers, telling them you need 20" with yours ET for BMW F10 - they will respond with the specific offer including both design and technical specifications.

I am currently running the 3-piece forged wheels, they are perfect but a bit heavy. Next time will take 1-piece forged, this is the important thing to consider when selecting the wheels, if your budget allows. And somehow it happened the best wheel companies are from the US so the process of ordering, making and delivery of cool wheels at F10 custom specs will turn into a whole project of 3-4 month long. But I thing, the wheels totally worth it.

P.S. Have a look at this, good example: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1061404 The specs are F20x9 +18, R20x10.5 +25 exactly like what you asked about. See the rims poke out strongly, fit the fenders because of tires stretch.

Well, it's still alive) This front is fine, no issues at all. Got H&R sway bars + Eibach Pro kit springs so now it sits, looks and corners the best.

Does anyone have 20 inch rims fitted with tires 245/35/20 et24 in front and 275/30/20 et25 in the back. I bought style 128 and I'm wondering how it will fit. I have f11. The car is lowered with lowtec -50mm.

I think I saw your post on Facebook too, Style 128 was only available in 19" for E60 and E83 and 21" for E65, E70, E71, not 20"

The width and offset you mention sounds like maybe the E65 fitment which is 19x9" and 19x10", both 24mm offset.

In 3 weeks I will receive wheels also 9 and 10.5, but I used other ones et 25 and 40 tires I will put 265/35 305/30 R20
Let's see how it all works out)
