CIC FSC code not work need help

Hey guys.
I am new to the English forums, I am from Denmark, and have tried many hours to get help.
I have a F10 from 2011, with retrofitted cic prof.
i have a premium card lying on usb, it is europe west 2019.1 premium, i have extracted the file seamlessly but the code i get does not work when i enter it in the car, what can be wrong?
