Anyone running 21” wheels?

Contemplating wheel choices for my 535i and really don’t think a move from the m-sport 19” to 20” is going to be that much a look difference. 21” would seem to fit better, but I haven’t noticed many people running them. Any thoughts or opinions?

Thanks .BMW! phinally keep in mind that the tire sidewall is pretty thin and if you live in areas with crazy a$$ potholes there's not a whole lot of tire protection at all. i'm in Ohio and it's pretty flat out here and I know the areas to drive in. any unfamiliar areas I generally stay away. on the aesthetics side of things 21's fit the F10 body very well. I do a lot of shows as well as Car's and Coffee meets so that's why I opt for 21's. I did daily drive on these for about a year until the wife decided to curb the ef out of them and that's when I threw my OEM 356's on.

I think lsturbointeg runs 255/30-21 front and 295/25-21 rear, which is close to OEM F10 tire diameter.

If you like slightly more sidewalls 245/35-21 front and 285/30-21 rear are good tire sizes. That's what the Alpina wheels above are fitted with.

After looking at the above photos with all that wheel and so little sidewall, my first thought was how smooth the roads must be in northern Europe. Where I live, those wheel/tire combinations would last two weeks at best before finding a large pothole. As for Ohio roads, I live only 80 miles from Cleveland and roads there are better than mine, but still wheel busters. Got to admire your courage in driving a car with wheels that delicate.

driving through PA going to MPACT last year I crapped in my pants dodging pot holes LOL! I think where I live I normally drive the same roads so I know what areas to avoid. I never drive areas I've never been to before

my stock OEM 20" 356's are pretty comfy on crappy roads. for me 19's are just too small on the f10

Thanks! it was a journey getting them custom made from what size I wanted...offsets, widths and a big factor was the concavity. it really had to be deep and with the long leg faces it gave it depth! I knew I wanted bronze but there were do many different variations which I finally ended up with a Matte Antique Bronze finish with Titanium Black Hardware

and some gold titaniums to top it off
