It's the fact that it's ANOTHER freakin artist rendering. They're never all that accurate, and they usually generate negative hype about upcoming models, especially for BMW.

Generally, a rule of thumb i've learned is to not pay ANY attention to these renderings unless:
1) the spy shots show minimal camo left 2) the rendering is done by Huckfedlt - although recently his stuff doesn't seem as accurate as it used to |

I hate seeing chops UNLESS a) it looks super hot that it should be produced or b) there are revealing spyshots to back up the chop, it means it will be fairly accurate.

The bottom lip of the front bumper (with the fogs is from an e92) ... look closely ... the 5 may get a big grille, but this CG has bits and pieces stuck onto an e60.... If artsits renderings were beleived (and so they should), I could safely say that the new 5 series is already in the market. It is called the Honda Accord

I actually relly like the rear,
but I do not like the front. Either way thougy, it would be an improvement over the current models (except the mirrors). Best, CSL |

Well ya, that was kinda the point. And ya, it won't look like that. They never end up looking like the renderings.

I like everything about the current 5 series except the truck lid. I absolutely hate the fact that you can see the trunk seams from the side of the car.
