Seems to be holding 16psi boost over 6000rpm with less than 70% wg duty. It will be interesting to see how much boost you can hold.

Hoping at least 18/19 psi... I think 18 would be doable.

Update logs with current map revision 7:

3rd gear pull:
https://datazap.me/u/ziekxq/3rd-gear...og=0&data=4-17

4th gear pull:
https://datazap.me/u/ziekxq/4th-gear...og=0&data=4-17

3rd to 4th gear pull:
https://datazap.me/u/ziekxq/3rd-4th-...og=0&data=4-17

Little bit more fine tuning is needed and I think I am maxed out 93 octane. I will keep you guys updated. As soon as weather permits I am going to go to the dyno once fine tuning is finished.

OP, what altitude are you at?

I have a PWG X3 with the same modifications and I can't get it to boost above 13.5 PSI at the MAP. WGDC is around 70 or so. Do you have any logs?

Elevation is 797ft where I am. Are you running custom map by a tuner or MHD map? And what logs are you asking for? I posted datazap which were uploaded using my logs.

Running bootmod3's PS2 map, with which another user with the exact same hardware is having no issues. I don't know what my car's problem is but I'm making a load less power than I should be.

Thanks for the logs, guess I missed them. Looks like you are making a lot more than me... My MAF was peaking around 260 or so g/sec.

Yeah, I am hitting 18/19 psi but due to timing correction I lose boost, so got to get that worked out.

Hmm, could be maf sensor or boost solenoid, I am not too sure as I am completely unaware of bootmod3. Also, I am using a custom tuner to do my tunes. 13.5psi seems very low though. 17psi should be easy to hit, lots of power you missing there.

Got it figured out and am hitting targets. My vacuum line to the exhaust flap was totally diconnected lol. Great way to pull a prank.

Glas to hear that you got that resolved. For 535's there isnt any exhaust flap so I would of never thought about that.

As far as I know, my mechanic had to take out exhaust pipe to remove downpipe and some cover underneath and also drop suspension on passenger side i believe. I wasnt there when the install went down.

Get new turbo coolant lines.

If you are doing DIY for LPFP than also get this along with the fuel pump: https://www.euromotoelectrics.com/pr...fp-hosekit.htm

Custom turbo inlet pipe on xdrive is not direct fit and need some modifications.

Intercooler was super tight fit.

I will have the car back tomorrow as the coolant lines will be replaced by than.
I have xdrive too and curious about the fitment of the custom inlet! What need to be done to make it fit? Don't want to have a leak after the install is complete.

The fitment is good but the little metal piece that holds the inlet pipe in place didnt had the correct length for xdrive, so had to just tie it up somewhere else. That is what my mechanic told me.

The job was done by BMW mechanic who has done these upgrades for bunch of people on 3 series. So he knew what he was doing, and had to make adjustments for inlet since the one that I bought from AZ-MCRacer is desgined with specs of 535i RWD. XDrive a little bit more obstacles in the way.

So hopefully in couple of weeks I will order draggy, but doing manual stop watch launch I got 3.68 seconds 0-60.

Method used was using launch control that comes with xHP tune.

I put the car in launch control and my friend started the timer about .03 second before I left off the brake and than he stopped the watch as soon as I hit 60.

Again this is not proving anything but was just to get an idea of how the car is doing. Real numbers with screenshot will be coming soon hopefully in couple of weeks with draggy.

I will also try to schedule a dyno to see how much power the car is making.

93 octane, luckly I have older style n54 hpfp so I am hitting around 20psi.

I raced a c43 amg which does 0-60 4.5sec stock and I left it behind about 1 and 1/4 bus length. After 60 it becomes even more crazy lol 4th gear is amazing.

Though you need launch control otherwise ps2 early lag and big intercooler cause huge lag.
Or if you can launch the car around 3k rpm. Mine is AWD so no traction issue either. Roll race and the c43 amg couldnt even catch me or even stay with me for even a few seconds...I just keep gaining distance.

Seriously, PS2 and a large Wagner causing a big lag. Not while rolling and in boost obvi. I will say that my sprint booster combats a little bit of the lag. It's so bad when the SB is turned off.
