So what would be a fix for this? Or just stay at the power were at for drive cars lol? I don't want to drop the money for the turbos and a tune if I already know the transfer case is gonna go in no time. Any way to unhook the AWD shaft and make it RWD without changing anything?
there are 4 fuses you can pull and it will be basically RWD,

Unless something from the wet clutch forward is what is breaking, there's no point. All that power is still going through the transfercase then. You can disconnect the driveshaft or the front axles but all that will do is keep the power from going to the front, not stopping it from traveling through the tcase. The fuse as well just disengages the clutch for the front power transfer.

Only real way to make it a RWD car would be to get a RWD trans and driveshaft (unless they use the same trans housing for both which is unlikely)

What is the drivability of these cars with so much horsepower? What are the pump gas numbers? Any CEL's? I definitely want more power for my N63 but I also want my wife to be able to drive it or to lose any great long distance characteristics that make it awesome on a weekend trip to the beach.

not something you would enjoy long distance, but you can always turn off JB4 and enjoy your long drive, or let your wife drive.

Ahhhhh. So this magic is all coming from the JB? I exchanged emails with Aldo and he said he would just need the logs to make the piggyback work with my Dinan tune. Having the ability to turn on 'kill' mode when I want is very attractive.

Excuse my n00b question...it seems Dinan's biggest gain is holding boost until redline. Can those properties be mated with Burger's more aggressive mapping to really wake the car up? Probably a question better suited for Burger, huh?

Other than running meth/water, is anyone lifting the engine, removing the intakes and walnut blasting these V8's? These aren't easy to access like N54's.

everyone should do it if their car is close to 50k it will save a lot of headache and frustration. Average price from an indy shop should be $2000-$2500 bmw charges 10k.

I agree, our V8's are so much harder to access. I'm guessing you've had this done...is the same aluminum adapter used on the N54 fit into the N63 as well? I've got a friend who'll do my GF's N54 powered 535xiT for $250 with gaskets, but if I can the same tools can be used on my S63 powered X5M, I'd like to ask him.

Bank 1 is on the left side, bank 2 is on the right side when looking at the engine.

I know from adjusting my wastegates so many times haha. If you scroll down in your guide you will see a reference to the vacuum pump being on bank 1, and the vacuum pump is on the passenger's side.

What would this setup trap??

How would it do against a 640whp 6spd 2014 5.0 Mustang with A Roush Phase 3 kit, Longtube headers, intake and custom VMP/Lund tune?

i don't think that car ran again after the issues, we are at around the same power on the alpina turbo car. 60-130 is 8.4 secs. not sure what 640whp 2014 mustangs do 60-130 those are most likely lighter cars.

Were you running METH also or were you just using a Tune + JB4 + Downpipes + E85 and upgraded turbos to achieve that power level?

hmmm not sure, I know the heavier 13+ GT500 with full bolts/pulley tune (~730whp) does 60-130 in 6.8s.
