Anyone know how to remove these torq screws sounded like others didn't have them. I know with a torq bit But do I need to take the bumper out to change a bulb?wth

really? mine comes off when you turn it. i just went back through the last 5 Youtube videos searches on BMW F10 headlight bulb replacements and all show turning the cap off

That's what I saw and read but in my image I shared there are 4 torq screws and it's closed shut.

I knew i was not going crazy. I hope this helps someone else.
I am going to have to take my bumper off and headlight to replace my bulb.
