Since I have Xdrive....would my car sit a little higher than rwd before and after installing same lowering springs?

I think its about the same. I had the same springs on my old 535i xdrive. The drop was just perfect. Here is the old build thread I made for it. https://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1293245

Remember after you install the springs, it takes about a week or two for them to settle in. Then go get an alignment.

Anyone had any rubbing problems? I’m thinking of getting them, but i’m running 285s on 20 inch wheels in the back and its already a little tight.
