Opinion on this Touring

As title says what do you guys think??
Should I go ahead and buy it He is giving me Breyer price then other dealers on my part ex..

I've bought a car from him before around 8-9 years ago, E39 530d..

Car got 106000 on the cloc with service history, my current car got 128000...

It's the only thing I'm thinking is it really worth it putting much more money in for only kind of 20000 miles less mileage car..

There is also another saloon from Bmw main dealers.

Find yourself a 530d. The N47 has issues with the timing chain in many cases so unless you know it has had interim oil changes plus the BMW specified oil changes I wouldn't touch the N47 2.0 of that age. Yes, you may be fine but why take a chance. The N57 engined F10/F11 is a much smoother driving car, a little heavier on fuel but not by enough to be a major issue and not that much more expensive.
