Not sure exactly why but I find it underwhelming. Not bad but it does not get my juices flowing. The rear end looks a bit Japanese to me, a la Infiniti G37.

Love the interior though.

I love the rear end ... but do admit that the rear light are a little bit like the Hyundai Genesis.

Personally, I think the car looks great.

I hope it drives as good as it looks.

Looks a whole lot nicer than the pseudo-Batmobil they were selling in the past few years.

very nice... and nice to see that the LCI e90 has styling cues that are very evident in the latest/upcoming bmw's here as represented by the new 5.

NICE. I love it! The rear is so well done. I have some issues with the front end, mainly the lower outer edges. Still, that's a perfect profile, and the character line is perfect.

I like the look of this car (not surprising as I am a current e90 owner and this looks like a big brother). My only nit to pick is the edge of the hood line across the top of the front end of the car. Maybe less apparent on darker colours. Still, overall a beauty.

WOW. This just might be the best looking BMW I've ever seen. I love it from every angle, inside and out. Great job, BMW! Congratulations!

Lots of posters praise the new 5er design, but then they start wondering how the M-sport is gonna look. seems to be kinda a contradictory viewpoint to me.

Great Job...
not so sure about the rear tails.. it was kinda predictable for me.. but the black lines are so bold... i'd love to see it lit at night... the 7 rear is way too sick

This is the most maturee E90+5+7 ive ever seen.

Am I the only one that dont like how the rear lid looks flat? look directly from the side profile of the car, compared to the front, the trunk lid looks flat.

I think when we all see it in person it will look just awesome!
I found mostly these press pictures deceiving. We need some natural all day surroundings and other cars surrounding it.
None the less i think BMW did a good job to please the people who mostly buy these 5-series. Elegant and sleek!

Whats wrong with "looking like the e9x" ???

It's actually a compliment!

Long live the E39.
