Bluetooth Software Upgrade

Hi
Has anyone any leads on where I could find a software upgrade for the current version of Bluetooth for my 2012 F10?
Connectivity is appalling.
Thanks Peter B

Hi Peter,
No.

I agree it seems hit and miss. sometimes it takes me 7 attempts to get it to connect. Other times it connects first time?
Quite frustrating

I have a 2012 F11

It could be possible if there is new software available for your car. Maybe google www.bmw.co.uk or simmilar, to find out entering your vin. Or with ista and esys, to flash newer psz data to your car. Forst method requires usb drive and pc, and is completel, harmless, flashing new modules software is a job for expert.

Bit late i know. Mine connects, however, gets this terrible has at times on a phone call. Can't hear the other person, have to hang up and redial.
It goes through phases when it's really bad then it'll be fine for a few weeks.

I've read this is common in the US, seen it on redit, no fix apparently.
