cant reset steering angle sensor

2015 535i f10

recently had my steering shaft disconnected and allowed my steering wheel to free spin, dropped the car and turned it on and got a chassis stabilization error, everything on my steering wheel continued working but i couldnt reset the SAS. got a used szl and coded it through E-sys then tried to recalibrate my SAS and still nothing, everything on my steering wheel works. should i grab another SZL and repeat? or is there something else i should try?

did you replace the full pinion with eps? its says its not coded which means that its not the same as expected. You need
to code eps with esys or ista p 1.61 with enet.

im only getting one code from my eps, but thats regarding the steering angle

Based on your codes, you might have a bad SZL (clock spring)

i was thinking that, probably just got a bad szl or the parts store somehow did the same thing i did when they gave me the new szl. ill go back and get a replacement or refund and try again. thanks
