How to copy music to F11 hard drive? Folders and Albums?

Hi, looking for some help or a tutorial: what is the best way to copy music files to the hard drive of my 2012 F11. I have some music from the previous owner on the hard drive, but I am having difficulties adding new music or organising the existing stuff. I can manage to copy files from music CD, but not MP3. Maybe there is a tutorial somewhere how to upload mp3 (what is the highest supported qaulity?) files and also have them categorised by folders?

When playing music, push options button on idrive, and save music can't be more simple.
