Start researching on www.newtis.info, use your VIN.
The LIN bus is a sub bus of a few main bus systems, so you'll have to figure out which is the one you need. If you use your error codes 2 and 3 you should be able to trace which main bus it is, also a starting point for tracing bad connection. |

I'm saying you need to go to that site and research.
There are multiple LIN bus'. By researching the bus system together with the errors you have you should be able to narrow down the system. |

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever figure out what was causing this with your BMW? I'm having a very similar issue with our 2015 X3 and I'm trying to avoid going to the dealership. It also looks like http://www.newtis.info was shutdown and redirects to https://www.bmwtis.com which requires a pretty expensive membership.

Hello, did you fixed below?
LIN message: Radiator shutter: Missing I see that my flaps in radiator are not opening, that goes for my oil in 103 degrees and water 105-115 degrees. |

Check your battery ground cable. My friend had a car that was in for a side impact and had the LINBus errors for Alternator, IBS and they replaced the ground cable and cleared the errors and error did NOT come back. When I say the ground cable, its obviously the black cable but its got a small IBS connector and there is some chemical that is used to create a disconnection post accident preventing the charging of battery and LIN errors.

The negative cable has a current sensor, which can go bad. They don't go bad because of a crash. That was purely coincidental. |
