Hello. Recently, I retrofitted my F10 CIC to NBT-Evo through a private service provider. Everything seemed fine except that FM/AM radio reception isn't working. However, after driving the vehicle, I noticed an annoying issue with the HUD. The current speed is displayed correctly as before, and the radar trap warnings show up after the retrofit, but there is a problem where the image is cropped on the right side as shown in the pictures. I suspect that the image might be larger than the resolution that the HUD can display.

For reference, the instrument cluster is of the 6WA type, and the HUD was not replaced. It would be great if this issue could be resolved through coding. I've checked the HU-NBT 2 module via E-sys, and it looks like there are options to select two types of resolution under HUD_AUFLOESUNG and something to modify under HUD_RES, but I can't figure out how to proceed. I think it might also be worth looking into the KOMBI settings, but I have no idea where to start. I would appreciate your help!

I have no idea on image issue.

For Radio, the problem is that NBT2 does not put out a 'radio on' signal on pin 13, CIC does. The radio on signal is used by cars without NBT2 to power the amplifier, and diversity antenna. If you are retrofitting NBT, and your prior headunit was putting out a radio on signal on pin 13, you need to send power on pin 13 on the car side. The easiest way is to connect pin 13 on the harness/car side to pin 15. Pin 15 is powered with the ignition, so your amplifier, and diversity antenna will be powered whenever the ignition is on.

Hello guys. I have 2 questions.The right headlights do not work at all, only the signals work. When I look at ista, FRM also shows an error. How can I fix this or clear the error? And even though I renewed the pedestrian protection system after the accident, ACSM also shows an error. How can I delete this or what is the solution?

Hi, I have a BMW 2011 535i XDrive (think it is F10) and it has valvetronic error code. I installed BMX coding Tool on my pc and SP Daten folder "F010" but it will not let me input this as daten source. I have cable and ISTA+ and I would like to run the valvetronic reset on it as is recommended. Any pointers as to why the coding tool app will not take it as source, it takes the "Base" folder fine and updates it.

SP-Daten is basically for older E-Series cars. Use ISTA.
