need help, I installed e-sys on my laptop but I cannot connect via VIN, what did I do wrong? I got an error when I run ZGW_Search

For proper connection:

1) Make sure motor is running if car is not on a Charger.
2) Make sure EDIABAS.ini (for Tool32 or INPA) is set for Interface = ENET.
3) Make sure Windows Firewall is disabled
4) Make sure all Antivirus programs are disabled.
5) Make sure LAN Adapter is set for DHCP and not using a Static IP.
6) The Target Connection Window should not be blank (It should show multiple target connections for different chassis').

What is a USB ENET cable?

ENET is LAN x OBDII.

Long story short picked up a 2014 535d this week and the SOS emergency call malfunction will not go away and the dealer, BMW customer service and BMW assist have no idea how to fix it but are working on it. Apparently this is a problem with 2014 F10 and X5 vehicles. Question: Anybody have any idea how I can did this with coding? Is there a setting I can set to active or not active etc? BMW assist says all is set up correctly on their end and it is something wrong work the car hardware or software.

Your Target Connection Windows is empty. This means either your PSdZData is not installed correctly, or you have not gone under E-Sys options and set the data path to point to your data folder. If your PSdZData is in C:\Data\psdzdata, then your E-Sys Data path needs to be set to C:\Data.
