Sorry I'm spamming with my build here but I'd rather these topics be sectioned out rather than having a single thread that is 8k pages long. This way if someone wants to search a custom intake, PS2, Meth, Tune, suspension mods, whatever... they can find them in their own thread.

Here is the start of my adventure with this guy... I'll do a DIY and whatnot. Looking forward to making brackets and trying to keep this install as clean and as professional looking as possible.

Are you tuning for the meth or just for cooling and intake valve ubber cleaning?

100% meth to cool, clean and raise fuel rail pressure for the 93 oct tune.

When MHD Felx Fuel module is ready for our platform, then I can run e50 and actually tune for the added octane and use it as actual fuel. At that point DS said he'll be able to max out the PS2. He said he can get these boats into the 11's.

Nice!!! I like to see progress!!! If i gotta fly out to you and put a Motiv Box in your car though!! has the flex fuel already integrated!!

Phase 2: electrical.

I got these sweet water proof connectors to make this whole kit plug and play, fully removable. I am gonna do a dedicated fuse bus for the meth kit and I'll throw in the exhaust valves I have wired in as well. So I'll bring switched power over to the fuse panel and get all my fused power and grounds from it. Gonna be dope.

If it turns out there are any concerns for 100% meth being in the engine bay (well duh), my plan is to install a tank in the trunk with a solenoid and have a switch to go from 100% meth to a 50/50 mix that would be stored in the engine bay. I'd have to switch maps, but MHD is coming up with the map switching option here too... so this could be another layer of complexity to the set up, but it'll be fun to figure that out if I go that route.

I added a pig tail for the gauge so that if I want to move it I don't have to pull wires all the way through the firewall, just disconnect under the dash and install it into a pod or, change it's location. For now I'll put my gauge here.

Also, looks like the wire loom will reach all the way to where I am planning on putting the fuse box!!!

i like it! I can't tell if you're mounting the gauge on top of the steering column trim, or to the underside of the lower gauge trim. This is coming out to be one clean install

New aux fuse panel came in… I think other than a permanent spot to mount the gauge this is wrapping up to be just about done. Now to start wiring…

For now it's the underside of the lower gauge trim. I need to find the right pod and figure out where I want it. That's why I did the plug... I'm going to have to move this and I realized if I wired it all way to the box, I wouldn't be able to easily install this into a pod.

Slow and tedious but it will be worth it in the end…. Pump is wired, ground is wired for the fuse box. Slow and steady wins the race.

i like the effort being put into this. Only thing i would change is the tank into the trunk. Meth is very flamable. Would hate to see anything get to hot under the engine bay and just destroy everything. All in all clean install!!

Just ordered my kit..I ended up getting the trunk tank and the SS lines..I'm not too crazy about those nylon lines

Update: selling the install bracket to someone who is gonna use it for a 50/50 mix, moving my stuff to the trunk and getting fuel grade lines and proper connections AN fittings etc. I like the way this looks but 100% meth with push to connect fittings in the engine bay… not good.
