Any reason you drained and filled the trans fluid after only 4k miles? I did filter and fluid change after about 53k miles, and plan to do it again after another 50k miles or so.

Also, where did you pick up that front lip?

Not just today unfortunately. Time for the dreaded oil pan gasket, engine mounts, etc... replacement.

New to the forum... and new to BMW in general! Wanted to start by saying thanks for all your previous posts as it helped some of my decisions for updates/upgrades! Should have everything on in a couple of weeks. I’ll post more pictures then. So far I’ve done the tint, resonator delete and kidney grille.

Variant Xenon Wheels with Lionhart treads,
20x9-245/35/up front
20x10-285/30/out back
Cheap treads as part of wheel and tire package. Haven’t heard anything terrible about them so I’ll let you all know how I make out.

Made myself a power supply for programming and flashing hardware following this guide:

It's rated for 750w, so it should put out a max of 14v @ ~50amps pretty steadily..

Was around $30-40 on Amazon. Definitely helps with wind and contamination.

Damn I've been hanging up plastic drop cloth in the garage to create my own little spray room - this is a million times easier. Thx for posting this. Just need to fabricate a hole for a box fan when spraying urethane and I'm set.

My 343's are going to look like yours

I'm not too familiar, but I've seen people put fans in. What is that for, and is it required if there's the big opening up front? I use a respirator when I'm spraying, also because I was using 2k Clear.

Fan is for air circulation, otherwise it gets too foggy and you can't see crap. Also helps a bit with overspray.

If you're using rattle cans, also prevents you from going kaboom by accident.
