Staggered wheels fitment

My cousin has the following set of wheels size.
5x112
front 20x9.5 offset 30
rear 20x10.5 offset 30

Would these fit a 2011 F10 535i ? What size of tires would it fit?

F10 5 Series is a 5x120 bolt pattern. The 2017 and newer 5 Series is 5x112.
