Hello
Do any of you have the same issue when coldstarting the car? The problem only appears to be when i cold start the car and after a few second the sound dissapear.
It sounda like something is loose or the famouse wastegate rattle.

It's a nightmare! I freaking hate it. Cold start is the worst with a catless DP.

What year is your car? If it's pre-2013 it should have a PWG, in which case the only way to fix it is to tighten the wastegate actuator. I haven't found anyone that will do it yet, as you can easily blow the turbo if you make it too tight. I need mine fixed badly.

My car is 2010 just got it last week! Is it bad for the car or is it just a annoying sound that i can let it be?

You can let it be, it's more annoying than anything. BMW says its "normal" and just about everyone has it.

Its the way bmw has its wastegate position during cold start.. The wastegate rattles upon cold start.
