2013 535i MAF sensor
Hi Everyone,
What's the easy way to get to the MAF sensor. Getting codes 102002 and 102A32 having really rough idle during the first 15 to 20 seconds after starting the car after is warm. First troubleshooting step will be to clean the MAF sensor.. but one screw seems to be buried before the wirering harnes Thanks for the suggestions |

- best thing to do is take a look open the hood , is there anything unusual ? Broken wise because if I can remember correctly there's either 2 or 3 sensors you gotta make sure / look at. The one on the charge pipe ,, And the other side the one that goes thru the intake . Unplug one of them , start the car , feel any difference if that's the case one of them is bad / faulty . Reply back and lmk thank you |

Thanks for the reply, sorry is taking me this to answer, i been going thru everything slowly, haven't found anything that might be at fault. I had to replace the charge pipe last year due to accidentally starting the car when the air box and charge pipe were apart. Was just trying to put it in neutral to roll it into the garage for the night.
I will do some more checking over the weekend. Thanks, P.S is there an easy way to put the automatic transmission 9n neutral without having to start the car? |

Here is the procedure for Unlocking transmission lock electronically for the 3-Series (F30). I think the same procedures apply for the F10 but have never tried it. |

Again, haven't tried them, but this also covers how to manually disengage the transmission lock. Hope it helps! |
