F10 Performance recommendations

new to the forum, so forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong thread..

I have 15 f10, and I am looking to go stage one, was wondering what is best cold air take. currently I am looking at aFe® - Momentum® GT Aluminum Black Cold Air Intake System. anyone have a reviews on this one? or other recommendations?

Also, I looking to do a ECU upgrade as well, but there are sooo many on the market, with different pricing ect.. was wondering if anyone has done a ECU upgrade and which ones they used/recommend.
