Lowering springs for a 2014 530d xdrive

Hi

I have a 2014 m-sport 530d (258hp) with xdrive, with the stock passiv suspension

I am trying to decide what springs to put on her, looks is as important as ride kvality.

The problem is that there is very few pictures of xdrives with the six pot diesel that have been lowerd.
And from my research the weight of the car plays a big role on the final drop ones settled.

My question is there anyone that have a 530D/535D with xdrive that have any experince with loweringsprings for a car like mine ?

Thanks

I just saw your other thread, and while my 535xi is not a diesel, here is another picture for your reference, just in case you didn't already see this one elsewhere.

Cosmetics aside, I really like the way my ACS springs have improved the overall drivability of my F10. It rides just a little harsher over some bumps, but it does seem to corner better and make the car feel a little smaller.

Cheers!

Eibach or H&R street version (mild drop) will drop the car 3/4". I have Eibach street pro.

Just a follow up for anyone interrested

Pick up my car today

First impression on the looks, is that it looks much better, and wider for some reason.
It does not look lowerd, it just look better

My mini review on the handeling will not be on the ACS springs alone, because I couldenīt help my self and ordred the H&R front and back sway bar kit, and had that fitted at the same time.

So my reference is a 2014 530d xdrive with the base level susppension, to a car fitted with H&R sway bars and ACS lowering springs

The car handels soo much better now, especially at higher speeds, it really feels like a more expensiv well put together machine.
The springs are not harder, car just feels more composed and relaxed, and less boat like.

I dont know have much the sway bars are a reason for this, but steering is slightly heavyer, but in a good way, but for that `trade off`, the preciseness of the steering is fantastic, no matter the speed.

I am very very happy with the upgrades and can recommend it to anyone

Next upgrade is 19 inch m- 351 wheels

I drove a long 100 km spirited drive today, both at max speed, fast turns and chicanes

Maybe its just in my head, but the car feel even better today, slightly more firm is have I would describe it, but better handling.

When I came back and parked I noticed that the rake or tilt have come back, yestoday it was more leveled. so ether the front springs settled or the back springs got higher, or I am hallucinating, anyway it looks just right now I think

Well, from my experience in dealing with 5series xdrive suspensions both e60 & f10. you have made the best decision in trying to improve handling and overall drivability of the car! I just don't know why they sits like that they feel bulky and look ugly. I know it's suppose to clear the snow and such but if they were to sit a little bit lower in the front, they would be great rides. The worst part of owning xdrive though is that you don't have many options for suspension upgrades. I'm on H&R springs on my daily e60 and i love it but wish the rears sits little lower. My f10 though is finally getting custom build air suspension. struts from air force suspensions along with elevel and endo-cvt from accuair.
