Black Wheels From Dealer Losing Color... Help?

Quick question. I recently purchased a new to me 2015 535i from a local small dealership that specializes in selling used BMW's only. My car came with black M5 reps. Recently I have noticed small spots of color coming off of the wheels. This is not happening from road rash as I have not hit the rims on anything. Has anyone ever encountered this? Also, does anyone have a good recommendation for a touch up paint for black rims? I will take some photos later and post.

Have them repainted or powder coated

Unless you bought the extra wheel warranty they offer than it's pretty much up to you to have them refinished. I have the OEM 356's in liquid black and it has some of the clear coming off but because i didn't get those covered i would need to send them out for refinishing
