Thrust arm !!!

ANY HELP

what does thrust arm mean?
I found this in the inspection service report from the dealer

Of that I'm unsure. I'm used to the nomenclature of American-made cars. I had to look-up thrust arm as I'm unfamiliar of it's true purpose. I do there are more than one so you'll have to be more specific. Saying you need a new one is like the TPMS's that only say "low tire" and you have to figure out which one.

Out of curiosity, if you got it from a dealer report, why are you not contacting the dealer? They would be a lot more helpful/responsive than the forums.
